Wilma is a seasoned infrastructure executive who has extensive experience advising both government and private sector clients. Wilma’s area of expertise has centred around developing and supporting large complex infrastructure investments. She is a knowledgeable and pragmatic senior advisor who understands the complexity of major infrastructure procurement in multidisciplinary environments, where stakeholders, customers, contractors, services, and project scale are key challenges. Her background provides a rare combination of engineering and construction experience, as well as commercial and transaction advisory.  Wilma is a member and graduate of the AICD, and she also holds qualifications in Arbitration and Mediation.

Wilma specialises in providing strategic advice on project delivery, analysis, and resolution of complex commercial and financial issues – including processes and contract formulation to financial, legal, commercial and technical teams. She has extensive international and Australian procurement and delivery experience and has a high degree of knowledge of complex infrastructure projects / programs and asset management.

Throughout her career, Wilma has worked in several industries including, oil & gas, water, energy, transport and defence. Wilma also has in-depth knowledge and practical experience of regulated assets.
