Sydney Metro is Australiaās biggest public transport project and will together with signalling and infrastructure upgrades across the existing Sydney rail network, increase the capacity of train services entering the Sydney CBD.

Since 2019, ProSquaredĀ supported Sydney Metro at the Enterprise level, providing advice to the Office of the Chief Executive with regards to organisational processes and procedures across both the PMO and the Commercial Functions.
ProSquared advised Sydney Metroās PMO in relation to the assessment and implementation of a P3M3 maturity model. ProSquaredĀ produced a White Paper āProject Management Maturity Model Comparison – OPM3 vs P3M3ā which recommended P3M3 as it aligns with Sydney Metroās approach to portfolio, program and project management functions, and provides the basis for the development of a road map for continuous improvement that is both flexible with its implementation and scalable for a āfit for purposeā deployment.
ProSquared guided Sydney Metro through the assessment planning phase, including the recommended approach and methodology to enable a P3M3 assessment.
